Varissa Washington

Varissa Washington is a comic book creator and illustrator. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BFA in 2021.

Washington also studied at Phoenix College to obtain bits and pieces of a Sequential Art Certificate.

Her most longstanding project is ROLL OUT (BL), a comic she self-publishes on WEBTOON Canvas. It started its publication the summer of 2021. Check out Chapter 8! (Link)

She was also published in the Women in Comics Collective (WinC) December 2022 "Love" Issue. It contains a comic strip called "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romero?" Under the alias saxviars (Link)
